Roland (he/him) works with individuals, foundations, and other institutions to drive support and resources to Conservation Northwest’s Project and Program Managers across the region.
Born in Tacoma, Roland was raised in the rains of Western Washington. His earliest memory is waking up in the woods to the sound of the Skokomish River. Roland holds an MFA from Seattle University and has worked in nonprofit administration and philanthropy since 2014. Past positions include time at Trust for Public Land and The 5th Avenue Theatre. Roland (an avid reader, writer, runner, cyclist, and hiker) lives in West Seattle with his wife (a preschool teacher) and young son (an exceptional adventure buddy). Roland is honored to work alongside the team at Conservation Northwest and its growing community of partners to help protect, connect, and restore our precious open, wild, and green places.
