With over 20 years of experience as a nonprofit leader, Lisa is committed to reimagining philanthropy as a tool for trust, community building, and shared power. As Director of Philanthropy, she connects people, resources, and vision to support the protection, connection, and restoration of wildlife and wildlands from Washington Coast to the British Columbia Rockies.
Lisa has held leadership roles with organizations including Planet Women, Bainbridge Island Parks and Trails Foundation, and Feet First, where she was instrumental in advancing organizations’ missions by securing millions of dollars through relationship building, storytelling, and community voice. She is known for fostering collaboration across teams, strengthening donor and community partnerships, and aligning data driven fundraising practices with long term, values driven impact.
Outside of work, Lisa is most at home in the landscapes she works to protect-hiking and backpacking in the Cascades, the Methow Valley or camping along the Washington Coast. She spends her weekends adventuring with her young daughter biking, paddle boarding on Lake Washington and looking for worms and other critters. She enjoys exploring Seattle by foot on 10–15-mile adventure walks and creating joyful gatherings with friends.
