Prior to joining Conservation Northwest Cullen served as Executive Director of the Bainbridge Island Land Trust and still chairs the board of the Washington Association of Land Trusts.
At Bainbridge Island Land Trust, Brady has led an 11-member staff, partnered closely with a 15-person board, and helped advance long-term conservation priorities while strengthening organizational capacity and financial sustainability. His professional background also includes leadership in philanthropy, communications, coalition-building, public policy, and community-based conservation. He has served in past roles with other conservation organizations including Sustainable Northwest, The Wilderness Society and The Nature Conservancy.
