Take Action

It’s no secret, you are the reason we succeed!

There are many ways you can help keep the Northwest wild. From online actions to in-person activism and volunteering to support our work with a donation; we rely on you to ensure a healthy future for wildlife and people.

Take Action

Be a wildlife hero. Sign up for our timely WILD NW Action Alerts! We’ll notify you of actions you can take for wilderness, grizzly bears, wolves, caribou, and more. Or check our News Updates page for the latest news, statements, and action alerts.

Also see our, Facebook pageYouTube video channel, Instagram, Twitter and Flickr photo archive for more about our work and ways to take action for wildlife and wildlands.

Our strength lies in our conservation community of members, donors, and supporters. Please join Conservation Northwest today. Donate today or read more about membership.

People make conservation happen. Contact us to sign-up for our volunteer Community Wildlife Monitoring Project. Or send us a message to be informed about planting parties to restore habitat around I-90 Wildlife Crossings or to volunteer at our annual auction and other events.

Write a Letter to an Editor

Letters to the Editor in local and regional newspapers are an effective way to reach engaged citizens, decision-makers, and elected officials. Fire up your computer and write a letter on a conservation topic! For LTE ideas, contacts, talking points, other help, or more information, please contact communications (at) conservationnw.org.

Our internship program offers valuable experience in the field of conservation advocacy in a non-profit agency setting, along with quarterly stipends; interns are expected to find their own room and board. Interns are most often students, but this is not a prerequisite to becoming an intern.
