Part of the Operations and Engagement team, Vi supports the staff in everything from hiring and onboarding to benefits.

Vi grew up in Leominster, Massachusetts—a city with a small-town feel. She earned her B.S. in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business but started her career supporting recruitment teams before eventually working on the human resources side of things at several non-profit organizations. As Operations and Engagement Coordinator, she brings her HR acumen to ensure staff have what they need to do their jobs day-to-day. During her downtime, she likes to explore the city, try new cafes or restaurants, cook or bake when the mood strikes, and stay in to read a good book, watch a show or film, or play video games online with friends.
