As part of our Philanthropy team, Rebekah Papé manages our grants, including foundation relations and government grants. She also supports business partnerships, marketing, and collaborates with the Communications team to share updates across departments and with our community of supporters.

Rebekah has called Seattle home for 24 years, after growing up in Idaho and Oregon. An avid swimmer and lover of water/snow adventures, she gets out on Lake Washington as much as possible and returns regularly to her favorite mountain lake in central Idaho. Passionate about learning, Rebekah has a Master’s Degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University, a regenerative/next economy-focused MBA with LIFT Economy, and is a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher. She is an advocate for ecological health, biodiversity, and equity through her work in sustainable agriculture, local food systems, and permaculture. With a varied background in non-profits, local government, small business, and philanthropy, Rebekah is excited to bring her diverse skill set to Conservation Northwest.
