Deia grew up in Chino Hills, a small suburb in Southern California surrounded by dairy farms. She received her B.S. in Communications and Media with a specialization in Strategic Communications from Seattle University. She has a background in non-profit communications work, in addition to collaborating with local artists on design projects. In her free time, Deia enjoys cooking, learning new crafts, or strolling around her neighborhood.
