Public meetings on grizzly bear restoration begin

Conservation Northwest / Feb 13, 2017 / Grizzly Bears

Recently, we shared suggested comments and where to take action online to help save the struggling North Cascades grizzly bear population. THANK YOU to those of you who have submitted comments!

Washingtonians can also speak up for grizzly bear restoration at several open houses this month hosted by the National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and other agencies.

Please join us at the meetings in your area! Attendance at these events will be vital for showing public support for grizzly bear restoration. We are also organizing ‘happy hours’ prior to several of the open houses to share information and rally grizzly bear supporters. We hope to see you there!
