5:30 Registration opens

5:30 to 7:00   Silent auction

Enjoy appetizers, Fish Tale Organic ales and Centerra and Robert Mondavi wines  provided by Alaska Distributors as you bid on fantastic silent auction items. We’ll announce the closing of the “plum” section first followed by the “sage” section. The children’s activity station is open from 5:45 to 6:45 and the carousel open until 6:00; rides are $2.

6:50   Children gather to begin their activities

Children depart with zoo staff and volunteers for the Zoofari then head to the Zoomazium for their own buffet dinner and activities until the end of the evening.

7:00   Silent auction closes; move to big tent for dinner

Salads pre-set. Prominently display your meal choice slip for the servers to see. Don Sebastiani & Sons wines on tables; beer, no-host cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages available at bars.

7:15   Welcome and dinner served

Children will be brought back to the silent auciton tent by adult volunteers to meet their parents. If you’ve used our express pay system, please proceed directly to the Express Pay Line at  item pick-up; otherwise go to Check Out first before heading to Item Pick Up.
